At the August 13, 2019 meeting of the Angel Fire Village Council, Resolution 2019-44 was passed to dispose of certain Village-owned property through an auction process. The auction is set for September 20, 2019 through October 7, 2019.
Bids will be accepted at Village Hall until Monday, October 7, 2019 at 3:45 PM. At that time bids will be opened and winning bids will be announced. Winning bids will be notified by telephone and must be paid in full no later than October 21, 2019 at 5:00 PM. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, money order or cashier’s check.
Bids on auction items will be received in person or by mail, and must be in Village Hall no later than October 7, 2019 at 3:45 PM. Bids will be date and time stamped upon receipt. Bids should be placed in an envelope and include bidder’s name, phone number dollar amount of the bid, name of bid item (include make, model and last four digits of the VIN# in the case of vehicles). On the outside of the envelope, print the name of the bid item and the make, model and last for digits of the VIN#, if the bid item is a vehicle.

Winning bids must be paid on full no later than October 21, 2019 at 5 PM. Items won, must be removed by this time.
If winning bids are not paid in full by October 21, 2019, the next-highest bidder will be notified. Next-highest bidder will have until have one week to deliver payment and remove the item (October 29, 2019).
Items receiving no bids will be disposed of through salvage.
